It must be hard bound, no email delivery please. Lenders take a more serious look at financing proposals that are prepared very professionally. Our approach to locating a lender is in depth and very extensive. Once we receive your project we will approve or reject the project. If approved we will attempt to locate a lender within 60 days. If the project is rejected all materials will be returned with a letter. We do critique the returned projects for your benefit. Our bank locating staff is very experienced with many many nationwide contacts. They will only accept projects with Deposit Capital Courtesy Deposits attached.
If your project is accepted you will be notified within two weeks. If Deposit Capital bank locating staff is successful in locating a lending bank for your project you will be required to visit the bank prior to closing.
There are no up-front fees for this service. There is a 1% fee* paid to Deposit Capital at closing as a success fee. Certain paperwork will be required for this prior to closing.
There is no charge up front for this service so send in all your projects for review. Our bank locating staff handles many projects at one time and we have resources to handle as many bankable projects we can approve.
