Our Courtesy Deposit product is simple and effective. We arrange deposits to be made at acceptable, insured financial institutions of your choice. These deposits made via purchases of Certificates of Deposits (CDs) will make your loan application or project stand out. No other loan application or project will be bringing money to the lender. This action shows the lender your financial capability and commitment. We do not evaluate your project, run credit checks, or get involved in your banking transactions, ensuring our services remain straightforward and easy to use.
Through our “We Find The Lender For Your Project” program, we first must enhance your loan package by including our Courtesy Deposit product. We then submit your enhanced funding proposal to multiple banks and other lenders (funds, credit unions, etc.), showcasing your commitment with a small courtesy deposit already placed at the bank. This approach helps demonstrate the value of your project and the courtesy deposit attached to your project, making it much easier to attract interested lenders. We handle the entire process.
For seasoned or early-stage companies or businesses with limited or no banking relationships, our Underwriting Certainty Business Credit Building program provides an easy-to-follow process for gaining access to substantial funding amounts ($100k to $800k+). You negotiate with your Banker then contact us. We then buy CDs from your lending institution. We work with any insured institution you request—FDIC, NCUSIF, or even international banks under special terms.
The deposits can NOT be used as collateral or encumbered in any way for your project or any project. Only the Bank will have access to our funds. Your lender cannot offset against our deposits.

No. The Courtesy Deposits we arrange cannot be encumbered, pledged, jeopardized, used to collateralize, or guarantee your loan. Additionally, your lender does not have the right to offset against our deposits. Funds will not be deposited into your bank account. Only your banker will have access to the funds used to purchase the Certificates of Deposit.
No. As explained in the previous FAQ, only your banker will have access to the funds used to purchase the Certificates of Deposit. You cannot access the deposits.
Applicants must agree to the following conditions:
The deposits we arrange must never be at risk. They are insured by institutions like FDIC (USA) or Lloyd’s of London (International), ensuring protection for your deposit.
The deposits cannot be used to secure or guarantee loans. They cannot be accessed by you or pledged in any way.
All required fees must be paid into a Deposit Capital trust account before we begin processing. Your fee is fully refundable if the deposit is not confirmed within 10 business days.
Deposit Capital’s fees are simple:
For transfers under $1 million, the fee is 5%.
For transfers of $1 million or more, the fee is 4%. These fees are the only charges for this service and are paid into a trust account before the deposits are moved.
The minimum amount we can arrange for a Courtesy Deposit is $100,000 USD. There is no maximum limit.
