By submitting your non-binding preliminary application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Courtesy Deposit Terms
   I fully understand that the Certificates of Deposit arranged by Deposit Capital, Inc. at my request:
   – Cannot be encumbered, pledged, or used as collateral
   – Will not be deposited into my account
   – Are solely accessible by my banker for the purpose of purchasing the Courtesy Deposit CDs
   – Must never be at risk or used to guarantee a loan or project

2. Deposit Capital’s Role
   I understand that Deposit Capital, Inc. is not involved in my loan process and has no stake in my funding proposal. If engaged, their role is limited to arranging Courtesy Deposits at my requested financial institution (pending approval).

3. Project Readiness
   I understand that my loan proposal must be professionally prepared and bank-ready in order to be considered by my chosen lending institution.
